Xtrim Property Maintenance is a locally owned lawn and landscape company based in Palm Harbor, proudly serving North Pinellas for 10 years.

We started Xtrim because we were tired of corporate meetings and corporate thinking, where customers become numbers and decisions get made far from the people they affect. We wanted the opposite: real work, done right, for neighbors we know by name. Ten years later, that is still how we run every job: same crew, same day, every week, and a straight answer when you call.

Eric, Co-Founder & Operations

Eric brings an MBA and 20 years of experience in finance. He runs Xtrim with the discipline of a well-run business: clear quotes, no hidden fees, and schedules that hold. When you call or text, you're usually talking to Eric.

Dan, Co-Founder & Customer Care

Dan holds a master's degree in education and brings a teacher's patience and attention to detail to every property. He makes sure every customer knows what we did, what your lawn needs next, and why.

Alex, Co-Founder & Field Lead

Alex brings an entrepreneurial background and a hands-on work ethic. He leads the crew in the field and holds every cut, edge and hedge to the Xtrim standard.
